Before you apply, it’s worth understanding what Amazon is looking for in a Service Provider Network (SPN) member. SPN is designed for service businesses that help Amazon sellers launch, manage, and grow their operations. You’re likely a strong candidate if your business meets the following baseline criteria:

• You have a website that clearly reflects the services you offer to Amazon sellers
• Your business is registered as a legal entity in your jurisdiction (a business license or certificate of incorporation is required)
• You operate in one or more of SPN’s 19 service categories — including account management, advertising optimization, imaging, cataloging, logistics, compliance, accounting, taxes, training, FBA preparation, storage, and more

Having a Professional Amazon seller account is helpful but not required to begin the application process.

Gathering the right materials before you apply will help your application move through the review process smoothly. Here’s what to have ready:

• Business entity documentation — such as a state business license, certificate of incorporation, GST registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, tax registration certificate etc.
• Government-issued Identity documentation - for the business owner or legal representative with signing authority. Used for identity verification.
• Your business website URL — Amazon will use this to verify the services you offer to sellers.
• Your selected service categories — review the full list of SPN service categories and identify which ones apply to your business.

• Solution Provider Portal (SPP) — your central hub for managing your listing, accessing seller account permissions, and submitting support requests.
  
• SPN seller request management — your lead management system on SPP to view all seller requests, check their details, exchange documents, update status, and bulk lead management.
  
• Account Management Central (AMC) — available to account management service providers, AMC lets you view key performance data for all your managed sellers in one place.
  
• FC Appointment Booking tool — available to shipping service providers, to book inbounding appointments with Amazon FCs for their seller shipments.

The overall timeline from application to live listing varies depending on the complexity of your application and how quickly you respond to information requests. As a general guide:

• Identity Verification: typically completed within 1-2 business days of a complete application submission
• Data Access Qualification: typically 2-4 business days
• Listing: typically 5-7 business days
