Q: How much does it cost to use Amazon MWS?
There are no fees associated with Amazon MWS, but you need to have at least one of the following Amazon accounts to use it:
  • Non-individual Amazon seller
  • Amazon Payments
  • Amazon Fresh
  • Amazon Business
  • Amazon Prime Now



Q: How do I get help using Amazon MWS?
First, make sure you have read the documentation provided for each API section. If you need additional help, go to the
Marketplace Web Service (Amazon MWS) Questions forum, search to find out if your question has already been resolved on the forum, or create a new forum thread. If you still require assistance, you can submit your question using the Contact Amazon MWS form.


Q: I am a seller who has authorized a developer to access my selling account. How do I revoke that access?
To revoke a developer's access to your seller account:
  1. Go to the User Permissions page in Seller Central and log into your selling account as the primary user.
  2. In the Amazon MWS Developer Permission section, view the list of developers who are currently authorized to access your selling account.
  3. Click Revoke access for the developer whom you want to revoke access to your selling account.



Q: Where do I find my identifiers and credentials?
Go to the
User Permissions page in Seller Central as the primary user. Under Amazon MWS Developer Permissions you can view your Seller ID and Developer ID. Click View your credentials to see your AWS Access Key ID and Secret Key. In the MWS Auth Token column, click View next to the developer for which you want an MWS Auth Token.
